Due to the entry of Typhoon Chedeng (International name Maysak) in PAR and the directive of LGU and DILG to secure hazard prone areas, hiking to Peak II, traverse, and camping is prohibited starting 03 April 2015.
Cutoff time entry to MMFR thru Mariang Makiling Station 1 is 10:00AM. Access will be restricted to Flatrocks and Mudsprings only; camping is disallowed. Campers currently onsite are advised to pack up gear after breakfast.
Entry of hikers to MMFR thru Sto Tomas Ecopark is also prohibited until further notice.
