The Makiling Center for Mountain Ecosystems (MCME) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Jasper Jason T. Madrigal to Special Police Captain, who officially took his oath of office on 22 October 2025. This well-earned milestone highlights his unwavering dedication, professionalism, and continued commitment to the goals and values of the organization.
Mr. Madrigal will continue to be part of the Protection and Regulation Unit (PRU) under the supervision of For. Arnulfo D. Yanoria, Head of PRU. The unit plays a vital role in monitoring and enforcing rules and regulations within the Mount Makiling Forest Reserve ASEAN Heritage Park (MMFR AHP). It ensures the smooth and efficient operations of MCME by handling matters related to forest protection, law enforcement, and regulatory compliance.
The MCME family extends its warmest congratulations to Mr. Madrigal on his well-deserved advancement. His dedication to excellence and proactive leadership in forest protection and law enforcement have made a lasting impact on the organization.
