The Makiling Center for Mountain Ecosystems (MCME) proudly welcomes Assoc. Prof. Alona C. Linatoc as its new Deputy Director, effective 1 February 2025. In addition to her new role, she will lead the Botanic Gardens, Parks, and Ecotourism Division (BGPED).
On 5 February 2025, Deputy Director Linatoc visited the Makiling Botanic Gardens (MBG), where she toured the site and met with staff. Joining her during the visit were MCME Director Dr. Lerma SJ. Maldia and Foresters Leilani A. Castillo, Analyn C. Malayba, Angela A. Limpiada, and Alexis John T. Fajardo.
