The Makiling Center for Mountain Ecosystems (MCME) is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Maria Jesusa E. Menorca, who officially took her oath of office on 15 September 2025. This significant milestone reflects her continued growth and dedication within the organization.
In her new capacity, Ms. Menorca will join the General Administrative Services (GAS) unit under the supervision of Ms. Ofelia F. Manasan, Head of GAS. The unit plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of MCME by handling vital administrative tasks such as procurement, records management, logistics, personnel support, and coordination of office systems and procedures.
The MCME family warmly congratulates Ms. Menorca on this well-deserved advancement. Her commitment to excellence and her proactive approach to administrative work continue to make a meaningful impact across the organization.
