MOUNT MAKILING is still temporarily CLOSED

Mount Makiling is still TEMPORARILY CLOSED despite the implementation of the Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ). The University still decided to temporarily closed the Mount Makiling to discourage movement of people inside the University and to reduce the risks that it might cause to everyone.

Entry of visitors inside the Mount Makiling both in the Mariang Makiling Trail (MMT) and Makiling Botanic Gardens (MBG) in Laguna and Sipit Trail in Batangas are not allowed and all other related activities until further noticed.

Likewise, MCME is following UPLB memo to limit the number of staff in active duty. After the instruction is lifted, Mount Makiling will reopen to visitors. For now, lets all stay at home as much as possible to be safe.
