The Botanic Gardens, Parks, and Ecotourism Division (BGPED) of the Makiling Center for Mountain Ecosystems (MCME) welcomed its new Administrative Aide III, Mr. Juan Paolo R. Gayahan. Mr. Gayahan took his oath at the MCME Director’s Office on 20 July 2026, in the presence of Dr. Lerma SJ. Maldia, Director of MCME; For. Angela Limpiada, University Extension Associate II of BGPED; and For. Milles V. Llamas, Administrative Aide VI of the General Administrative Services.
As part of BGPED, Mr. Gayahan will be responsible for the overall cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the Makiling Botanic Garden’s (MBG) facilities, grounds, and common areas. He will also assist with day-to-day administrative operations of the gardens.
