The workshop for the new PGPC Project proposal commenced with a prayer led by For. Mae Belen L. Putian, setting a reflective tone for the event. For. Nicasio M. Balahadia, Project Consultant delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the importance of understanding the rationale behind the establishment and implementation of the PGPC Project Phase 1 to 3. He highlighted the critical need to integrate climate change impacts into the subsequent project proposal. Additionally, For. Balahadia underscored key principles of project management, particularly the significance of time management and fostering harmonious collaboration among team members.

For. Leilani A. Castillo, Project Leader extended a warm welcome to the new team members. She outlined the primary objectives of the workshop, which included updating the components’ activities, refining the capsule proposal for the next phase, and strengthening the relationships within the team to ensure a more cohesive and efficient working environment.

During the first day of the workshop, key activities scheduled for implementation until October 2025 were highlighted. The second day focused on presenting the components of the new project proposal. The workshop served as a platform for constructive discussions and strategic planning, laying a strong foundation for the next phase of the PGPC Project.
