“Balatbat BIlog” is Makiling Botanic Gardens’ Plant of the Month for the month of September. Its scientific name is Licuala grandis H.Wendl. belonging to family Araceae or the Family of Palms. It is originally from the Solomon and Vanuatu Island (New Guinea) declared as a rare plant.
