On July 25 to 29, 2017, thirteen (13) staff of the Makiling Center for Mountain Ecosystems (MCME) visited the Mount Hamiguitan Range Wildlife Sanctuary (MHRWS) an ASEAN Heritage Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site in Davao Oriental.
Dr. Rogelio T. Andrada II, Deputy Director of MCME led the group as they had an experiential visit to MHRWS. The team coordinated with PASu Ruel D. Colong of MHRWS for the activities undertaken and areas visited.
The experiential visit aims to expose the MCME Staff to various management strategies and activities done in MHRWS and be able to learn and adapt good management practices.
