The Makiling Botanic Gardens (MBG) Wildlife of the Month (WOM) for April 2024 is the Harlequin Tree Frog, scientifically known as Rhacophorus pardalis (Günther 1858). The frog is indigenous to the Philippines and is often found in the primary and secondary rainforests. Harlequin Tree Frog is labeled as “Least Concern” in IUCN Status.

The Harlequin Tree Frog appears in the 2011 stamp of the Philippines.
