Ms. Josielyn O. Gibas took her oath of office as Administrative Officer II before the Deputy Director of the Makiling Center for Mountain Ecosystems, Dr. Rogelio T. Andrada II on 28 October 2022. She is joining the General Administrative Services (GAS) of MCME.
