Isuzu Supplier’s Association conducted Tree Planting and Nurturing Activity at the Makiling Botanic Gardens

Part of the “Adopt A Forest” Project that the Isuzu Supplier’s Association (ISA) had with the Makiling Center for Mountain Ecosystems (MCME) through the Makiling Botanic Gardens (MBG) since 2010 is to conduct a yearly tree planting and nurturing activity.

Last 26 October 2018, a total of 25 employees of ISA participated in this annual activity of the company at the MBG. They planted a total of 150 dipterocarp seedlings of five (5) species namely: Dalingdingan (Hopea foxworthyi  Elmer), Guijo (Shorea guiso (Blanco) Blume) Palosapis (Anisoptera thurifera (Blanco) Blume), Saplungan (Hopea plagata (Blanco) Vidal), and Apitong (Dipterocarpus grandiflorus Blanco).
