Delegates from the Royal Norwegian Embassy were welcomed and toured around the Makiling Botanic Gardens (MBG) of the Makiling Center for Mountain Ecosystems (MCME) in the College of Forestry and Natural Resources (CFNR), yesterday, 20 September 2018. For. Angela A. Limpiada, University Extension Associate (UEA) of MBG toured the delegates from the Royal Norwegian Embassy together with Ambassador-designate Bjørn Staurset Jahnsen and Norwegian Ambassador to ASEAN, His Excellency Morten Høglund. The visitors were introduced to the different Philippine native plants showcased in the garden. They also had a chance to get to know more and be amazed of the beauty and uniqueness of the Philippine flora. Their short visit to MBG was indeed a fruitful one and surely worth sharing back home.
