His Excellency Gerard Ho, Ambassador of Singapore to the Philippines visited the Makiling Botanic Gardens last April 11, 2022. They visited the ASEAN Center for Biodiversity and had a short tour of the gardens. The objective of the visit is to showcase the Mount Makiling Forest Reserve as one of the ASEAN Heritage Parks in the Philippines. The short-guided tour was led by Dr. Edwino S. Fernando wherein he featured most of the native and endemic plants in the garden. The tour was also accompanied by the director of the ACB, Dr. Theresa Mundita S. Lim.
